The Housing Authority of the County of Monterey Accepting Pre-Applications
 May 20, 2019 – May 31, 2019 (by 5:00 pm)
for Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments (age 62+)

All Pre-Applications received during this period will be sorted by a random selection process to establish order for application review.  Pre-Applications must be submitted to the Housing Authority of the County of Monterey by:  fax, drop off or mail (must be received, not postmarked) by 5:00 pm on May 31.

Pre-Applications will be available between May 20th and May 31st at these locations:

  • Marina Manor: 3082 Sunset Ave, Marina – outside the entrance
  • Marina Senior Center: 211 Hillcrest Ave, Marina
  • CHISPA’s Main Office: 295 Main Street, Suite 100, Salinas, CA 93901
  • Housing Authority of the County of Monterey: 123 Rico St., Salinas, CA 93907  Fax: (831) 424-9153  www.hamonterey.org.  Housing Authority hours:  Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
